Pumpkin Nails

I didn't really feel doing anything too Halloween like this year so i found nails the were very autumn and related slightly to Halloween but still looked gorgeous. Once again i found these through pintrest.

1.As per usual i started by adding a base coat onto my nails and then added the base colours of each nails until they were opaque.

2.I then added a topcoat onto all of them and collected my orange, red, brown and gold glitter polish as well as a large dotting tool and some striping brushes. Using the large dotter i dipped it into the orange and created the pumpkin shape on the tips of the nails.

3. To get the right shade for the shadows of the pumpkin i needed to mix my red, orange and a little of my brown polish together. then i applied this using a thick striping brush.

4.To add the stem i dipped my angled brush into the brown and painted on the stem and the used green for the leaf the same way.

5.Then i added a glossy top coat to all of the nails and then a matte top coat to finish them off!

Happy Halloween!
