Pink and Grey Nails

These nails were a simple and stylish with not much nail art skill needed. They were simple to complete and gave a cute finish to any early summer look.

As usual i started with a clear base coat and the continued to add the base colour on all the nails-grey on the thumb and ring finger, pink on the index, middle and pinkie finger. I let these layers dry completely before adding the next layer to avoid the bubbles that often form on my nails.

After making the base colours opaque on my thumb to ring finger i added a clear coat over the top of them all. Then i took a medium sized dotting tool and put evenly spaced white dots all over them.

For my small finger i found a beautiful glitter polish with small flakes of holo in it, i put a thin layer on my nail and then brushed a thick layer onto a makeup sponge. Then i dabbed the sponge onto my nail transferring the glitter with less liquid, i repeated this several times until the glitter was solid.

I secured all nails in with a glossy top coat and admired them.
